DO COLON CLEANSERS REALLY PLAY A PART IN FLATTING YOUR STOMACH?

I’M REALLY FOCUSING ON LOOSING WEIGHT AND THE MY MAIN FOCUS IS FLATTING MY STOMACH AND LOVE HANDLES,I’VE HEARD THAT USING A COLON CLEANSER HELP WITH FLATTING YOUR STOMACH.PLLZZZ HELP

STOP YELLING AT US!! and realize that you "lose" weight (loose means not tight).

Consider what you are asking. Why would pooping have ANY effect on your abdominal muscles? Sorry, doesn’t work that way. Emptying your colon does nothing but evacuate the feces in there, which builds right back up as you eat. Your body is self-cleansing. You don’t need colon cleansers unless you have a problem, and then your doctor will prescribe something for you.

If you want a flat stomach you need to do cardio exercise to burn off the fat that’s there…eat right so you don’t gain weight, and then do ab exercises and core exercises to tone and firm your muscles.

I believe that you put on weight not in a day. It adds slowly and it become very tough. Doing colon cleansing work too hard on your colon. It does have side effects which may not be that obvious.

When you put on weight the structure of cells and the way your metabolism work changes. Colon cleansing uses magnisium oxides to melt away the deposit and clean it. It does not any change the reasons that caused you to gain weight.

So you have to repeat the things again and again.

The best thing is to stop drinking water and other liquids with meals and after meals. The body works very hard to get the water out of solid food. That does not allow the body to retain any fat. Most of the fat in the body is used up in moving the food in the body.

It works just the opposite way. So it takes lot of time but reverses the process and should be safe.

Turn off caps lock, it’s rude to leave it on.

Detox pills, and detoxification and cleansing in general, are neither useful nor necessary unless you have had long-term narcotic use or are chronically constipated. Detoxification and cleansing has no proven medical benefits for the average person whatsoever. It will NOT help you lose any significant amount of fat.

Acai Berries are just another fruit. They have no proven medical benefits whatsoever. Pomegranates, Concord grapes, blueberries, and red wine all have far more antioxidants. They will NOT help you lose any significant amount of fat.

Apple cider vinegar is just a very healthy food additive. The only conclusive evidence of any medical benefit from it is that it has minor benefits to those with diabetes. It will NOT help you lose any significant amount of fat.

The only thing that will help you lose weight is a healthy lifestyle that consists of a proper diet and frequent exercise.

There is no "pill" you can take to lose weight or get a flatter stomach. I wish that was the case but it is not. The only thing you can do is workout and watch what you eat. I did p90X and insanity and I had amazing results.. Check them out below. I write a fitness blog that might give you some free helpful tips.
